Devon Pool Hours:
- Open Daily - May 26th to September 3rd, 2007
- Weekends and Holidays: 10am-7:30pm
There will be two (2) guards on duty for all hours of operation. One (1) guard will report to the pool 30 minutes early to perform maintenance.
Hutchinson Pool Hours:
- Open Daily - May 26th to September 3rd, 2007 - 10am-8pm
Hours for lap swimming: 10:00am to 12:30 pm & 5:00pm to 8:00pm daily.
There will be two (2) guards on duty for all hours of operation. One (1) guard will report to the pool 30 minutes early to perform maintenance. An additional gate guard will be present between 11am and 4pm each weekday and for all hours of operation on weekends.
SWIMMING POOL AND TENNIS COURTS RULES AND REGULATIONS
I. GENERAL
A. All persons using the facilities of the Association do so at their own risk. Homeowners Association will not be responsible for any accident or injury. The Association will also not be responsible for loss of personal property through theft or fire.
B. The lifeguards have complete authority in the supervision of the pool and Foxmoor Master Association property. He/she is responsible for the maintenance of safe and orderly conditions. All suggestions and complaints must be directed, in writing to the Association office.
C. These rules and regulations may be revised or amended at any time by the Board of Directors. The Pool Committee may modify, void, or suspend any of these rules at any time in matters of health and safety.
II. POOL HOURS AND OPERATIONS
A. The swimming pool season will begin on Memorial Day weekend and will end on Labor Day weekend.
B. Pool hours and schedules will be established by the Board of Directors. The proposed hours are as follows:
Devon Pool - Monday - Sunday - 11:00am - 6:00pm
Hutchinson Pool - Monday - Sunday - 10:00 am - 8pm
C. Homeowners and guests may use the pool only during the operating hours.
NOTE: Guests may be limited to certain times of the week.
D. The pool may be closed for maintenance operations, health conditions, weather, or any reason deemed sufficient by the lifeguard, Pool Committee, or Board of Directors.
E. Use of the kiddie pool (Devon Pool ) is limited to children five (5) years of age and under. Children in the kiddie pool must be supervised at all times by a supervising adult. No exceptions. No balls or pointed objects are permitted. Colorful play rings are permitted in the kiddie pool only.
F. Chairs or lounges are not permitted in the kiddie pool area. No exceptions.
III. POOL MEMBERSHIP
A. A picture ID card will be issued and required at all times for admission into the pool areas. All members must present their IDs when asked by the Lifeguards, Association Management and/or the representatives of the Recreation/Pool Committee so designated. Anyone without the proper ID will be asked to leave the pool area.
B. A picture ID will be issued or renewed only to those homeowners whose maintenance fees are not in arrears.
C. The cost of any property damage will be charged to the homeowner responsible.
D. Tenants must receive the application from the homeowner in order to have pool and tennis privileges. This application along with a current lease when presented to the Association will transfer membership privileges to the renter and the homeowner thus relinquishes all pool privileges.
E. Membership will be divided into the following three (3) classifications:
1. Adults sixteen (16) years of age and over shall enjoy full privileges.
2. Children under the 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult or family member.
IV. GUEST - DEFINITION
A. Anyone who has not been issued a resident picture ID will be considered a guest. Guests must be accompanied by a homeowner. Homeowners must remain at the pool with their guests at all times.
B. The guest policy and number of guests allowed will be predetermined at the beginning of each season by the Board of Directors.
C. Seasonal guest passes and daily guest passes must be purchased from the Management office. Guest passes will not be sold at the gate.
V. TENNIS MEMBERSHIP
A. When tennis courts are full and other homeowners are waiting to play, the following rules shall be in effect:
1. Single players shall have forty-five (45) minutes in which to complete their game, and double players shall have a maximum of one (1) hour to complete their game. The tennis courts located within the Wyndham Place section of Foxmoor do not have additional parking specifically designated for the tennis courts, and the Board of Directors encourage the use of the walkway areas and the use of bicycles to the tennis courts from the other areas within Foxmoor.
2. At least (1) one tennis player must be a member and have a resident picture ID on him/her. Otherwise, the players shall be considered as outside of the organization and people waiting for the courts shall have the right to request that they leave the court area.
3. Tennis players must have acceptable tennis footwear for play within the court areas.
4. Keys to the tennis courts may be purchased at the Association office, located in the Clubhouse on Hutchinson Road.
5. No skateboards, bikes, rollerblades, etc. are permitted on the courts at any time.
6. Pets are not permitted on the courts at any time.
VI. HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
A. Admission to the pool may be denied to anyone wearing a bandage, having an open infection, inflamed eye or other infectious conditions.
B. Glass containers are not permitted within the pool areas, bath house or on the tennis courts.
C. Devon Pool - Food in the form of snack shall be allowed. Hutchinson Pool - All at the Hutchinson Pool is limited to the deck area only. Drinks shall be allowed at both pools and tennis courts only if the containers are plastic, Styrofoam, paper or a can and are disposed of in a trash/recycle receptacle.
D. Thermoses and or plastic containers shall be allowed for non-alcoholic beverages only. NOTE: No coolers and/or alcoholic beverages are allowed. No exceptions.
E. Inflated arm bands, swimming aides with a seat or T-shirt device and small kick boards are permitted with adult supervision only. Lifeguards may ask for these items to be removed if the pool becomes crowded.
F. Trash is to be disposed of in the proper containers provided. Each family member is responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
G. Children in diapers must wear rubber pants at all times while in the swimming pool.
H. All patrons should use the outside shower before entering the pool.
I. Lap Lanes are located at the Hutchinson Pool. Residents are asked to circle swim when using the lanes so that more than one person may swim laps at the same time. The time of use for the lanes will be determined by the Board. The lifeguards have authority to remove the lap lanes at any time if the pool area is crowded. |
