Q: What are the scheduled days for trash & recycling in the community?
A: Trash day is every Tuesday. Recycling is every other Wednesday.

Q: What is the approved fence color of the Association?
A: MAB Wheatsheaf or white, depending on what was used originally.

Q: When are bushes trimmed?
A: Twice a year -- mid-June or later and mid-September or later.

Q: When does irrigation commence?
A: Systems are operational by Memorial Day and closed down in September.

Q: When do I need to fill out a Project Modification Request Form?
A: You need to fill out a form when you want to make any change to your unit that is visible from the outside. Examples include:

• Adding a brick patio
• Adding a concrete patio
• Adding a screened in porch
• Replacing trim
• Replacing siding
• Requesting a change of color for your trim and/or siding
• Satellite dishes
• Awnings
