Q: What are the pool hours for the Devon pool?
A: Monday-Friday, 11 am to 6 pm; weekends & holidays, 10:00 am to
7:30pm.
Q: What are the pool hours for the Hutchinson Pool?
A: Monday-Friday, 10 am to 8 pm; weekends & holidays, 10:00 am to
8:00 pm.
Q: Do I keep my pool badges from year to year?
A: Yes, badges are updated each year.
Q: What do I do if I lose my pool pass?
A: You can purchase a replacement badge at the management office; the
cost is $25.00.
Q: Do you need a photo ID to use shared Association facilities?
A: Yes, all residents are required to have a photo ID to present upon
request, upon entering the pools or tennis courts. Photo license IDs are
not acceptable. Management can provide all residents with photo IDs.
Q: What is the cost to rent the clubhouse?
A: The cost is $275.00. There is also a mandatory $150.00 security deposit,
which is normally refunded after the event. Please contact Management
for details.
Q: Can non-residents use the tennis courts near the pool?
A: Yes, however they must be accompanied by a Foxmoor resident at all
times.
Q: What are the restrictions on obtaining a pool pass?
A: No pool pass will be issued to any resident with unpaid maintenance
fees.
Q: What is the tennis court schedule?
A: Tennis courts will open on April 1st and close on November 1st.
Q: What are the rules regarding the pool and child supervision?
A: No children under the age of 13 shall be allowed into the pool without
the physical presence in the pool area of a supervising resident who is
at least 16 years of age and is in possession of a valid recreational
pass. For more information regarding the pool, please see Section 21.

Q: What are the restrictions on renting the clubhouse?
A: Only residents with no unpaid maintenance fees may rent the clubhouse.
